Fish Emergency!!!

Here's the situation! In my 46 gallon tank I have: 3 fish laying on the bottom, 2 other fish are thin, and 5 more fish that have this single white spot on their body (it looks like some sort of fish lice or fungus, but it's not spreading.) I really need some help . . . fast!

The water tests are normal, so I have no idea what to treat for. Any suggestions?

Hi Sasha
First of all I would do a 50% water change

then I'd treat for a general bacterial infection
and add some aquarium salt (if suitable for your fish)

Other than that I can't be much help
try Fishdoc for some good info and diagnosis

Thanks danio2004! I did a 50% water change then added some Jungle Parasite Clear, but I never had any success with that medication. I called a few pet stores to see if they carried Zeemax or Internal Parasite Gaurd, but they didn't have it.
