I can see that my Swordtail is always cleaning the gravels by eating the remaining, does it mean that it also eats the fish eggs?

What?

Swordtails don't lay eggs? Do you mean "do swordtails eat other fish's eggs?" If so, then yes, most fish will eat eggs, regardless of whose they are.
