Fish dying

I got new fish 4 days ago some of my lollies and platys are on the bottom on there sides what could it be and best thing to do?

What are your water parameters? What is GH, KH, ph, etc.? How long has the tank been setup? How often do you clean the filter?

What is your GH? You can find this info on your water providers website

Your Nitrate should not be 0ppm. It should be over 6ppm and under 20 ppm at all times. When was the last time you tested for Nitrate?

It sounds like your tank isn't fully cycled.

Did you specifically test for nitrate? What kind of test kit do you have?

Yes, the API master freshwater test kit does not include a GH test. Check with your local water provider for that information.
