Fish Dying

I have a tank of 1 ft*1 ft*1ft that is running for over a month now. I was trying to cycle it with fish. I have just lost two black moor gold with in a span of one day. I am now left with two red golds, one platty, and one white molly. I had changed 30 % of water two days back. what could be the reason? Please do not ask for nitrate details as in India we do not get the equipement to check it. Air pump and filter are working fine.

Fearing that something is wrong with water, I have moved all the four fish in new tank with stored water.

If you are losing fish it sounds like your water quality and without stats i know you can't get them, but it does make it hard for us to know what going on without them, so were in a no win situation.
Do the fish stores in your country do tests for you where you take a sample of your tank water in for them to test.
