Fish Dying

A week ago our 25+ year Silver Dollar was acting very sick and also seemed to have ich or white spot. I did a 75% water change and put in the correct dosage of Fungus Eliminator by Jungle. Silver Dollar died and later that night our pacusmus was acting sick as well. Did another water change with the correct chemicals but still lost him. Since then we have lost another silver dollar, pacusmus, 2 tigar barbs and two guppies as well as the babies. I have had my tank for nearly 20 years and have never dealt with this before. The tank had been cleaned about 4-5 months ago so it was aged, filters clean, temp normal, etc.....What now before I lose the rest of the tank? Some of the fish develope this ich or white spot very rapidly right before death but not always.

Water Test? That would be the first thing I'd do.
