Today i woke up and found 2 dead neon tetras and another dead lemon tetra. the neon tetra last night was swimming really eratically. The lemon tetra was kinda struggling to stay right side up. I just bought theses fish yesterday. Do they have any kinda disease that i should be treating the rest of my tank for so they dont die or will i be fine?

No the tank its self has been running for almost a year its mostly new fish tho. I had livebearers in it befor but i got rid of them and started a comunity tank

wat were the conditions of the tanks in the shop like did all the fish look healthy they could just be bad quality unluky

There are many people who have far more knowledge than me on this site...

But have you tested your water for nitrite, ammonia etc?

If, so what results do you have?

:)

They all looked pretty healthy the neons last night when i put them in my tank looked healthy the one lemon tetra didnt look to healthy at home tho. I didnt see that exact fish at the store i just asked for a lemon and he got me one but most them in the tank looked fine.

It sounds like a water quality issue to me...I added Tetras to my livebearers yesterday as well, they're all happy and doing well.

Need to no ph of store to your tank, plus water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph, how long did you climatise them for.

My ammonia, nitrite and nitrates are all fine my Ph is around 7.4 so i dont think its a water problem i checked this already this morning thinking the same thing

If there was a big difference in ph and you did not climatise them for hours they would of gone into ph shock.
