Fish died will others get the disease

My guppie was acting really wierd that i got today. I put a post on her about it earlier if anyone wants to read the symptoms and tanks size and all that. I have 4 mollies and 4 guppies left in my tank should i be worried about them getting whatever this guppie had. I did a 30% water changed added some stress stuff and salt. Should i be doing anything else or will my other fish be fine.

not seen the size of tank but if you can check water quality if no kit some lfs will test it for you and just keep an eye on your fish
