Hi everyone. What fish/fishes are good for fish bowls?

Depending on the size of the bowl, why not a betta(if it's around 1 gallon let's say)?

I know this isnt a fish but ADF(or African Dwarf Frogs) do well in unfiltered/heated small places (they are really hardy!)

I havn't had much luck keeping the african dwarf frogs in unfiltered bowls, Bettas have been better for me.

Bettas and african dwarf frogs are much better off in warm water. I believe they prefer water in the mid to upper 70's. Bettas do best in water in the upper 70's-low 80's. You'll need to get something big enough that you could put a heater in.

A filter is not always necessary with bettas, but it is much better with a filter. If you do get a betta make sure you get a filter with flow control. Bettas don't like a lot of water movement.
