First Time... Snail

I was considering to get a single snail in my 10 gallon aquarium (housing 1 betta and eventually 3 platys, and moneywort plants) any particular snail I should get? I want something that doesnt get big, doesnt eat my plants, easy to care for, cheap, hardy,

Anything suggestions?

It depends on your pH. Most snails need an alkaline pH (above 7) or else their shell will dissolve.

the pH is between 7.0- 7.2

I think you'll get away with it.
Apple snails are my favorite.
They come in every color.

I saw one that was all black. I want to get that one but how do I tell if its healthy or not? I was gonna name em Blax.
