Just got 2, 1 1/2 inch RBP, they have been together since babys, umm, there currently in a 50 gallon tank, my major concern is, if this tank is going to be able to big enough for them, its one of the tall once, and they seem to like hanging out @ the bottem of the tank, so should i just move them to my 120 gallon when there a lil bit bigger, or will they be fine,

if anyones got any advice, or other tips, please feel free,

thanks,

put onother red belly in there because they will fight for the tank to the death the two of them, one more and you could keep them for life

The 50 gallon will be plenty big for at least a year or so. When they start getting alot bigger you can always move them to your 120 gallon. I have to agree though, you really should have at least one more even if they did grow up together.

Oh and another point of advice.......Don't stick your hand in the tank unless you fed them very very well a few minutes before. My brother had 4 of them in a 75 gallon and they teared up his arm pretty badly when he tried siphoning the bottom of tank.
