See images below. Its taken 2 1/2 months slowly but now is fully stocked. Although i am tempted to put an algae eater of some sorts in there? Do they affect the bioload much - dont want to ruin the tank. Any suggestions appreciated.

Stock:
2 x Honey Gourami (Pair) - Honey(F) & Marmalade(M)
3 x Blue Fancy Guppies (M) - Blues Brothers
1 x Lyretail Guppy (M) - Unnamed as of yet

+ 1 x Moss Ball (not pictured)

Honey & Marmalade getting on nicely!

The elusive Lyretail (bit camera shy! - took a few photos to get him!)

My nearly ready to set up betta tank (15L):

The pebbles by the side of the tank were bought as a random bag but i am not putting them in until i can figure out if they are aquarium safe!
The ones in there that look similar were bought in a bag made by Fish R Fun so are fine!

Any comments appreciated,

Thanks
Ben

Looks nice, do you have a problem with algae?

if not a group of corys would be good choice.

Just a minor amount of algae - nothing big. A few orangey coloured bits on the front of tank (about 1cm areas x 2/3). Rubs off quickly with a scrubber. Just thought algea eaters might be something to add without having toom uch of an impact on filter - or at least thats what im trying to confirm? :)

Tank isnt in direct daylight (the tank light is on during day only - 10 hours). Ammonia level at 0ppm - i use the seachem alert thing!

Keeps comments coming!

Looks good. Would look REALLY good with real plants and a plain black or dark blue background. Nice fish too, I'm not sure if Cory's would do well on that size of gravel though. Maybe a group of the midget suckers would work, OTO's?

The only thing i am worried about is overcrowding, would a group of corys not overstock my tank? Or do they have a lower bioload?

Thanks for your advice.
