You will only need to feed them when they become free swimming, Best food would be live baby brine shrimp

a 4 uk gallon tank?

was that an error?

really hope so!

well id say the rtbs and eel are both a threat to the fry in a tank that size.

try seperate there part of the tank from the other fish and give them plenty of cover.

jus stick a tall plant there or something and that will help.

chequed on the take 1/2 an houre ago and all was fine. now all the fry have gone..
i guse since the mum and dad was the only things that could get to them they eat them.. :-(

:/ thats a shame.

if your really looking to breed them then maybe look to rehome or rehouse the other fish.

if they felt threatened then they would of eaten them you see.

i can think of better ways to solve the problem lol but they dont kno any better.

i bought a baby green sev yesterday. already have a 6" one but this guy was sooo cute. hes only about an 1" so hes gonna have to spend some time in my community tank.

i think my fammaly going to the tank all the time and peeing the mum sev off is whats coursed it..

iv seen some tank deviders some where would that be any good for solving the rtbs and eal prob?
