Fish Fanatic
Fed my fish yesterday and thought hmmm tha's a big bit of poo or something floating along, and it just changed direction
On closer inspection its a baby fish Its only about 7mm, 8mm long and brown.
So questions - why can I just see one - is it likely that the rest have been eaten by other fish? Does this one have a fairly good chance of not been eating now its 7mm long. I have yoyo loaches in the tank and think that they would be the most likely to eat it
Seems to be doing a good job of hiding in the plants most of the time.
What sort of fish is it likely to be? I have mollys in the tank so that would be my 1st guess, also have danios, corys, bn catfish, one platy (but quite new, so could have been pregnant on arrival ?). So are baby mollies born brown? When will it start getting more colourful?
How old is it likely to be now? How soon will it get bigger?
I'm very excited and becoming a mum!!
