firebelly toads

hey all u firebelly tads enthusyests(sp) i need some help
wats the smallest the tank can for just a few firebelly toads?

According to my sources, they say 6 can be kept in a 10 UK gal. However I wouldn't reccommend this, I'd say at the very least 5g per toad. I keep one in an 8g, but something a bit bigger is planned for the future.

ok thanks, do they need more than 1 in the tank? or will they get stressed

Firebellied toads actually like company of their own kind (I'm hoping to obtain another soon) and are very sociable creatures. I see mine a lot, and he feeds from my hand now, it's great!

ok thanks again, i probaly shouldnt get 1 then, not enough room, i have a spare tank that i bought at a garage sale a few weeks ago and i thought i might try reptiles, i thinks its only a 5 gal US tho

Probably advisable really, but I really would recommend them, they're great little things, even if it means buying a bigger tank for them
