any one know anything about theis guys any info is good. how big do they get, what they eat. that kind of stuff

they are fairly expensive and grow 36'' long, and need at least a 75 gallon tank.

I believe there favourite food is worms such as earth worms or blood worms.

I've have got 1 2ft fire eel but its very difficult to get him to eat, they are more prone to parasites and infections then other spiny eel and from my experience not as active, i you want a spiny eel I would try a tyre track much easier to keep. Other than that previous ost sum them up.

If you put a fire eel in a smaller tank would it stunt their growth??Would it harm them??
