Hi all,

My fire eel is now one years one and feeding live food is proving expensive!!!

Any tips on feeding eels of this type would be appreciated???

It currently has a diet of bloodworm and a selection of frozen foods.

Im starting to feed live food and would like any advice

You missed the question. Why the need to feed your eel live neon tetras? Live blackworms would be cheaper and safer, can't you feed it frozen foods? Have you tried frozen beefheart? Have you tried feeding it pellet food?

tyre tracks or fire eels for that matter generally easy to get on to prawns mussels or when smaller brine shrimp , mysis shrimp and they never turn live earthworms down available from fishing stores

Im still new to fish keeping, so any tips or see any thing wrong with my tank would be appreciated,

Cheers,

If I remember correctly from your other threads - none of you current fish are suited to a tank that size and should be homed in something larger.

Again, why do you feel the need to feed the eel live fish?

The music in your videos are horrible. Try krill, carnivore pellets or sticks, worms or breed your own feeders.

i pretty much tried everything with my tiretrack and fire eels.....they would not touch anything but live food.....i even tried starving them for a few days up to a week, they still wouldnt touch anything else

What size tank?
What other fish?
Why the need for live food?

Answer these and we may be able to help you. So far you seem to be avoiding these questions, keep doing that and we can't help you.
