Ive got a male betta with a red tail shark a clown loach and 4 tetras black widows. And the betta looks like he has had his back fins ripped any ideas ? There,s no chunks out of them just looks like they have been tord a bit.

There's a good chance that it could have been your Tetras as they are known to fin nip.
You're fighter would be better off in a tank on his own so there is no risk of it happening again. You need to make sure the water is clean and start using a medication to make sure that he doesn't get finrot.

red tail + betta = bad mix

black widows are generaly peaceful, but they may still nip.

most likely culprit for the dammage is the red tail

It could well be the Shark but I still think the Tetras are likely. Tetras are best kept in groups of 6+ to minimise aggression towards other fish.

The shark does chase the widows about sometimes but the tetras are tiny tiny ones the betta is three times as big as them. One thing the mrs noticed was twice the clown loach chased the betta(not seen it myself) but ive seen the betta chase the loach earlier tonight.

Clown Loaches aren't usually aggressive but it's not unheard of for them to chase fry and small fish. They need to be kept in a group of 5+ and will need a tank of about 95 gallons as they can reach 12". You are also at risk of your Clown Loach getting whitespot as they are sensitive fish and need a mature tank that has been running for about 6 months.
Your Black Widows need to be in a bigger group to minimise aggression but that isn't always guaranteed. Keeping the fighter with these will put him at risk of being nipped again.
You either need to move your Betta to his own tank or rehome your other fish. :/

Stang is right i'm affraid, you have a bad combo of fish there for your betta and things will only get worse. Don't underestimate the tetra jus cos they are smaller, i have seen a neon bully a full grown betta (pet shop). I would move him out.
