Fins are shredding

One of my Tiger Barbs is stressed out and his fins are all split and shredded, but my other fish, all of them Tiger Barbs, seem fine.....

Does anyone know what the symptom is? The fins look all torn.....

to help you better we need more information
water params, size of tank, temperature, all fish and quantities
al stmpotoms you notice like clamped fins, white fuzz, basically anything that don't look right.

Tiger barbs are notorious for being fin nippers, especially in smaller groups... I see from your profile you only have 3, which might be the problem. The one with the torn fins is probably getting bullied by the others. Since you're cycling the tank you shouldn't add more fish, but when it's done cycling, get some more tigers. They like to be in groups of at least 6.
