Finger Coral

Just thought id find out how often finger corals (not sure if thats their real name) shed their skin as looks like mine is going to shed again within about 6 weeks of last doing so! the only reason it looks like its going to is that there are purple patches where the coral is not out and seem to remember it doing that last time it shed thinking it was going to die on me, after that it has been thriving until now.

to my best knowledge finger corals shed whenevr they grow, i believe theres no set time period, its all depending on how well the coral is doing and how fast its growing, just like a cleaner shrimp

i try, i dont really work that much at work so i am constantly reading every post and alot of websites so im really starting to know alot about this hobby, but like most ppl will tell you, theres always something new, you cant know everything about this stuff
