Finally Got Rid Of My Common Pleco :(

a sad day for me yesterday as i had to get rid of my common pleco,

i aquired my tank from a friend who had lost interest and couldnt give it his full attention...he had bought a tiny common plec about 6 months ago....and obviously the LFS had not bothered to mentioned they can grow very large. I had grown very attached to him as he had a lot of character, but he was obviously outgrowing the tank.

so fortunately my LFS offered to take him and keep him in a large community tank (which i will keep on coming back, to say hello) and very kindly offered to give me a albino bristlenose plec, who is very cool looking!

At least you've done the right thing, common plecs are capable of growing to 50cm and need a huge tank.

yea was sad to see him go, he was hard to get into the net though!
