Finally got him!

Well, today was the day - got little goo!! He's a red / blue male crowntail betta and he's very VERY cute!!

I haven't got that good a picture yet as I'm still cycling the main tank he's going to live in and the only light is from the tank next to it.

It's so hard to choose when there's a good selection - there were a few black ones with one red strip of fin on each side which was pretty cool but little Goo caught my eye by his attentiveness!!

He comes to the glass when I walk past and follows me as I walk past - such a clever little guy!

If you haven't got a betta - get one! If you've got one - get another!!!!!!

i think u should've cycled the tank before u got him. he's gonna hate that little cup.

It's 2+ gallons (UK) - he's got plenty of room!! The other tank is having a nitrate issue which is going down so should be a day or two.

It's not a bowl either, it's a rectangle clear seal tank.
