Finally Got Betta From Thailand

I finally recieved the beautiful gold half moon betta i won on aquabid before christmas. It took a month because of christmas and new yrs here and in Thailand. He has a yellowish gold body and has copper,goldish and green in his fins. Here is a pic. His name is Lawan, Thailand, meaning Pretty. Which he is.

OMG he is beautiful..I love the colour ..havent got that colour....my poor blue betta has been in a fit all day flaring too much..just realised theres a container near him and you cant see much just a shadow but he has obviously got better eyesight than I have!

Nice! I like how there's different color rocks in every section!

I was thinking of getting a solid dark blue with maybe some white in him for the section with light blue rocks. Flame has orange on his front fins, that is why I bought orange gravel for him. I knew a gold betta would look great with black gravel. Now just have to buy a live plant and some small ornament for flare and an ornament for where the light blue gravel is. Think I might go do that tomorrow if I have time, or maybe this weekend.

They have their own individualized condos which look pretty inviting. Maybe in the next life I'll come back as one of your Bettas..?? I also LOVE his name! He's gorgeous and well worth the wait.
