Finally Got A Betta After A Year

For people who don't know, I have two beautiful red halfmoon and a super halfmoon red betta. I've been happy with them but last month my red one died and so I had to get a new one. It took awhile for me after looking and searching from store to store and aqua bid.

And after a month of searching I found a light violet vanishing halfmoon or rose tail maybe. His name is AP for Adrian Peterson, GO VIKINGS!

Thanks guys, I had my red one for a year. My only reason I can think of is because his fins were so massive and huge that it grew tired swimming up for air as they both were housed in a 20 gal HIGH(ive witness it a lot but I never expected for him to give out as both are super healthy). As you can tell in that pic he has nipped a bit off.

Beautiful betta's. I'm not a big fan of pink but that betta is totally rocking it! 
 
Sorry for your loss though. Hard to lose any pet, even the fishy ones.

Oh my, every time a Betta picture is posted I think this is the most beautiful Betta I've ever seen, and then another one gets posted...absolutely gorgeous your Bettas.

Thanks, the shots took awhile but we'll worth it. My red and blue are in a 10 gal high with divider. AP the pinkish violet replaced the recently deceased reds home. I also picked up the double tail who is in its own 5 gal. so just 3 at the moment.

I got him from a local betta only store from where I live in mn. The owner has a relationship with thai importer store who ships to him specifically, so I snagged him on shipment day. I wish they're more but he imports all kinds of beauty

I know right, he is a stunner and I figured i wouldn't be seeing a design and coloration like him again so I just had to buy him ^.^
