Fin Rot Ick and hole in the head

ok heres my problem I'm always in livebearers but no one seems to answer lol
read that post first....... heres the post

heres the questions I have
Shes already dead, should I clean the tank out from top to bottom
I have two 10 gallon tanks one for babies and one for the adults
I only have one male adult left that was in the tank with her for 8 days....
the other 8 fish 4 males 4 females died already from alot of things Fin Rot/ Ick/ hole in the head and something else (all of this came from a fish I bought stupid me).....
I'm treating the male with MELAFIX, tomorrow is the last day for treating Finrot (just to clean it out) I'll do another week of treating just because its not gone all the way....
How long is the salt in the tank
How many times can you add salt in the tank with out cleaning it???
How long does it usually take for finrot to be all the way gone

I have a nitrite test kit and its been at 0 everyday for 2 weeks .....
I main question is about the male being in a dirty tank were the female died......

Please someone help me

If I were you I would get some maracyn and do a water change of around 30 percent and add some more salt too.. See if this will fix the problem. What about ammonia what is the reading on itPlease let me know what you decide to do...
