Hi, I just want to ask if you guys use anything (aside from Melafix) to help fins grow back? I've had a couple of bettas who suffered finrot but are now healthy, however, the fins don't seem to be growing back by much...

I don't think there is anything... Good water conditions are the key, though. Regardless of what meds you use, the easiest way to boost the immune system, IMO, is to keep the water conditions up.

I agree with tempest. Clean water. If it is the males, they take 3 times as long to grow back as the females. I wouldn't use melafix for that long. I usually treat with melafix for 3 days. If there are no signs of fungus, I just do water changes faithfully.
