Got another question :)

If my filter turns over the tank 16 times an hour, as opposed to only a couple of times an hour, does that make any difference to the amount of fish able to be kept?
Obviously I want them all to have as much room as they need to swim around, but just curious if the filtration would make a difference to my tank if it was a bit overstocked.
Is there any such thing as "overfiltration"?
It's got plants in it now too, just waiting for the wood and the fish to arrive :D

I always conciser the turnover in relation to the amount of waste my fish produce, how many I stock is in relation to the dimensions of the tank.
A high turnover , as long as you arnt blowing your fish around the tank is always a good thing.
very hard to even imagine "over-filtering" a tank.

But unless your fish are overstocked for a specific reason such as in the case of Mbuna, I would NOT say that more filtration = more fish.
