Do you have to clean the whole filter and the gravel daily?

no, you don't have to and probably shouldn't clean them daily. i vacuum the gravel once a week and clean the filter monthly. if you clean it too frequently, you will kill a lot of beneficial bacteria. do you have a gravel vacuum? and what kind of filter do you have?

well most filters need to be cleaned once a every 2-4 weeks, and vaccumed every week, i dont have a vaccum, but waiting for m lfs to get one in!
