Filters again!

I am now considering on buying an EHEIM PRO 2222 and i was wondering on how loud they are my mums a light sleeper an doesnt want to be woken up!so can someone who has had one of theseplease tell me how loud they are

I have an Eheim 2128 and also Emperor 400 and Emperor 218. The Emperors are a lot noiser than my Eheim. If it wasn't for the water coming out of the outlet, I would think it wasn't working.

I bought a Penn Pax Cascade or something like that and the darn thing is SOOOOO noisey it's as if I'm living under Niagra Falls!!!

I have a Eheim 2128 Pro II (built in heater) on my 55 gallon tank. The filter is rated for a 150 gallon tank, which I got in advance in prep for a 135 gallon tank.

I bought the filter at around $300, since it's a larger filter with a built in heater.

You can find smaller models, like the Eheim Ecco lines for a little cheaper. Also, you can find them at ebay.
