helloo

im doing a fishless cycle at the moment. the ammonia level was 0 when last tested. my brother switched the filter off for 24 hours without me knowing. is it ok to start running again, or has this caused nay problems?

should be fine aslong as your filter has stayed full of water or in the tank if an internal its only going to be abit of a pain if its dried out just might take a little longer to cycle

you will probably find that you've lost around half the bacteria however as they were there before and there is an established colony you should get them back fairly soon. Carry on with the cycle and just keep going with it
