I have a complete internal from a rio 300 with media, baskets, powerhead (plugged it in and it is working) and the plate where you can put the heater in. Its still attached to the tank at the moment and I dont know how good the media is, its the sponges in the baskets. Its out of a tank I bought and havnt got round to cleaning up yet. (its is a bit yukky!)

Just had a look I have a smaller juwel internal, its 15" high x 5 1/2" x 4" complete with media etc . I have had this one running for a while, but changed to an external now. Its works great but the little clip on the powerhead (where it opens to clean the impellar) is a little worn it still shuts fine just not tight, I havnt had any problems with it.

how much are you wanting for the 2nd one, its sounds similar ( without getting off my bum to check) to the one i have that not working and i think it would be the perfect size, i could always upgrade later i just need to get the tank started

I dont know what they are worth but your price limit says £20 inc p&p, that sounds fair to me.

No probs, I will keep it as a spare, thanks for letting me know. I dont know if you have seen them but the aquaball is a great internal filter too, I have one and a fluval 4+. I have found the aquaball to be better than the fluval! and they are cheaper!
