Filter stoped working properly

Hi guys,my filter was working fine and the day after it was making clicking type noises.. i made sure there was no trapped air and a little came out, now hardly any current comes out and only the tiniest air bubbles come out..

any replys would be so usefull and the filter is a interpet ipf due 3,

dose it have a flow regulater? have you accidently turned this down?
