Filter Speed

I have a strange question! I have a fluval 3+ filter and u can adjust the speed of filter, what speed should I have it ? I know its a silly question but Im not sure so I thought Id ask! 29 gallon 7 z.danios 2 mollies and gourami. I usually have it half way

You will have a blue switch thing that pulls from one side to another to adjust the flow, its below the outflow tube.

I have mine on full flow for current, but it depends on the fish , as sometimes it's to strong and blows them about.

I allways had mine on full,with the flow directed towards the back of the tank.
