I've had a 75 gallon tank for a few years now, filtered by a Fluval 404 and a Fluval 204. At the time, I was told that the two filters would be fine, and it certainly seems like they did a pretty good job. The motor unit on my 404 burned out pretty recently, though, and I'm looking to get a new filter to go along with the 204, which still works fine.
My question is, will a Magnum 350 do the job? I've seen some sources that say it's good for tanks up to 100 gallons, and some that say it's recommended for tanks up to around 60 gallons. And is the Bio Wheel attachment a good investment?
Any advice would be appreciated
