The canister filter I bought came with tons of substrate pro. I guess I have enough to completely replace all of it in the canister once.
From what I have read- the tiny pores on these balls clog up and need to be replaced about every 6 months (not all at once)
Would you recommend that I replace it with more of these eheim balls- or switch to a different type of media?
What are some media's to stay away from?
