Hoping some users on here have some?

I am considering setting up a 60L tank for fidler crabs, now I am aware that they are brackish and they need land area as well as water, saying that I don't know much more about them.

My LFS doesn't stock them so my first question is where can I buy them online (UK) any of the sites that seem to have them didn't have stock when I looked nor did they give the option to choose sex.

Which brings me on to the next question, how many? Having done some research I think 3 (1M2F) will be just right for the tank size 30cm*60cm*34cm BxLxH. Would this be ok?

Next question is salinity, having only kept freshwater I am clueless when it comes to this, and I'm aware that they are slightly brackish, how do I know whats right?

Has anyone got any examples of set ups I can have a look at?

Any advice?

As I said it's at the idea stage at the moment so any advice is much apreciated.

Thanks

I had a male and 2 females for a couple of years. I kept them in a 40l with a large rock structure giving about 70℅ of the base of the tank out of the water, I fluctuated the salinity between SG1.005-SG1.015 but mostly I think it was around SG1.010.

I always felt that they deserved a larger setup with a sloped sand bed but I do think they liked the marine rock that was in there because it gave them plenty of hiding spaces when they were moulting.

As to where to get them I wouldn't have a clue, I got mine from a local fish shop
