Hi, is this fertilizer good for a 15 gallon with amazon swords and some java ferns?

Hi ,I have some of these bags ,and yes they work for me.It might be a good idea to soak them in water before adding one to your tank as they are a bit dusty.My plants are growing well ,and it is the only Fertilizer i use, Merry Christmas.
