Fertiliser. Is It Safe?

Probably a dumb question but i'm playing on the safe side. I've just bought some waterlife tropiflora for my tank to give my plants a boost. The thing is on the packaging it doesn't say anything about whether its asfe to add to a tank with fish in. Could someone please clarify for me.

I've never used it myself, but I think it would be highly unlikely to be unsafe for fish!
