Female pregnancy

[French Fish]

I thought female livebearer can have 3 to 5 batch of fry after one breeding?Some of my females had there fry over one month ago and they don't look pregnant at all .Is that normal?Aren't they suppose to have there second batch after 4-6 weeks?

Fry are greet! I love to watch them.

I know female Guppys store sperm.
So thay can have more then 1 batch of fry.
Thats why you never know what colour the fry she will have, As the stored sperm get mixed up with all the other males she has mated with.
