Female Neon Dwarf

I've got a female neon dwarf gourami and late shes become absolutely massive on the belly like a pregnant woman does which is what im hoping she is (bearing eggs) but since ive never had pregnant dwarf gouramis before I have no idea if its normal.

I've been trying to get a picture but shes provin hard to get 1 of well a clear one anyway. What worries me is she hasn't been eating from what I can tell and she just keeps getting bigger.

Is she egg bearing or is there something wrong and if so how do I make her better?

Well it is normal for females to develop a deeper belly from eggs but the fact that she isn't eating makes me think she is ill. Are there any signs of pine-cone scales or lethargy? She may be constipated (try to get her to eat a shelled pea and/or some daphnia) or she may have a bacterial infection in which case you need to treat here asap with anti-internal bacteria meds. A good anti-biotic added to her food would be the best but I don't know how easy it would be to find such products.

Well She died before I could do anything yesterday morning and yes she did have pinecone scales.
