Female Gourami - Red Face

hey guys,

i just noticed my female gourami is red in the face and nose, the right eye is swollen and red also. doesnt look too good. what can i do?

Water stats would be good in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
Sounds bacterial can you issolate the fish.
