Female betta's face getting worse

Umm... I'm still medicating but it's getting worse. Now it's so swollen it looks like her eye is sunken in. And below her eye she has a huge white sore like puss and then one by her lip.... WHAT DO I DO? No one seems to know whats wrong.

You can't really see it in these pictures but it's gross...

She's started loosing color in patches on her fins. They turned flesh colored in some spots.

And on the other side of her face it looks like it's turning white.... Her body also used to be really shiny and irredscent and now it's dull and sort of a different color.

She's still eating and ramming her face into the glass to get to her bf. Should I remove her? The other bettas aren't affected.

poor girl i don't know what to suggest. i just hope she gets better..

almost same exact thing that just happened to my betta Pinky that passed..his head suddenly got swollen and turned white, his eyes sunk in and he started floating at the top of the water, yet was swimming everywhere still. very strange cause i couldnt figure out what it was, I treated him with bettamax but he still died..good luck with her
