Female betta

I think my female betta has body slime fungus. I've added betta fix, and added salt. Is that going to help it? Are there any meds I should use?

i would suggest either Maracyn or Clout. you have to act fast, body slime is a killer if not treated promptly. adding salt will help but it's not enough at this stage.

i did a search for "maradell" as i've never heard of it, couldn't find it listed, sorry
betta fix would probably work as well, i just looked it up so if you've got it and no other alternative, give it a go, just don't over-medicate.

I'll go to my LFS tomorow and get maracyn, its allready closed or else I'd go tonight. I spelled maradel wrong, it only has one L.
