I'm not sure if I have this in the right spot but my female betta is having some problems. She seems to swim fine but when she stops swimming she ends up vertical. Her tummy is huge, I have bred her twice(no babies either time but lots of eggs) so I don't know if she is full of eggs or if it's her swim bladder. She is now in a community tank, no one is picking on her it seems, I keep a close eye on all my fish to make sure no one is getting hurt. I was thinking of putting her in one of the bowls and seeing what happens. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i've never fed peas to my fish before so I have a couple questions. I don't have any fresh or frozen peas, so which is better to get? And when you say shelled, does that mean take the pea out of the shell or do I take the mushy insides out of the pea itself? I know, that was a really dumb one lol. I guess I will have to put her into her own tank to be sure that she gets it and all the others don't eat it. I guess I will give it a shot though.

Any other ideas??

i feed cooked frozen peas. i pop the insides out of the individual pea and then mush it up a little. they love them!
