Having fry different sizes is normal and common. It is thought some are more affected by the growth hormone the fry excrete during growth, so they stay smaller while ones that have a stronger immunity to it may grow faster. I have had to split my 3 week old spawn in half because I already had alot of fish that had reached a size they were trying to eat the smallest fry, who were still barely bigger than a small fry around 1 week of age. The biggest are now about 1/4 to 1/2 inch, and the smalles are about __ long. It is so weird to see them growing together. I think the majority of my largest ones have been male, but I have no results that point to one sex over the other as far as in growth rates.
