Feeding

Hello
I was just wondering how often to feed my fish. At the moment they get flake and a few catfish pellets morning and evening.
Also, I have frozen food that I give them but not sure how often to give them it. Would it be ok to feed flake in mornings and frozen in the evening?

should feed 2-3 times a day, no more than they can eat in around 3 mins.
its fine to feed the frozen food each evening, remember to thaw it though.

You can go one day a week without feeding them at all.

I feed my fish flake food once every morning, then some tubiflex worms once a week, and my for my plecos, i just put two tablets in every other day, but i also dont clean the glass. They seem to only eat from the glass, and they are cleaning it pretty well on there own. Also the last two plecos i had died when i kept cleaning th glass, and these ones seem to be thriving.
