Feeding Trilineatus

hi, i have some C.trilineatus and was wondering what i should be feeding them.

they are currently getting the odd catfish pellet that sinks and some tetra prima. (and cucumber for the plecs that they dont really touch)
but im sure i should be giving them more stuff.
so what do you guys feed yours. what goes down like a treat.

- dry stuff
- frozen stuff
- live stuff etc.

Live food is always good.Blood worm etc my panda's liked that
A boiled de shelled pea every now and then used to get wolfed downs also
algae wafers
we put in random bits of cooked veg and somtimes they pic at them somtimes they don't
