Feeding Schedule

How often do you all feed your fish. I just setup my 90 gal saltwater. I have in it a Blue dot watchman goby, a fire clown and a powder brown tang. I purchased frozen brine (spirulina enriched), spirulina flake, and formula 2. One of the guys in my store said the tangs need to be fed like 3x a day, it sounds like a lot. I also have live rock, a little algea is just starting to devlop on it and I did buy the seeweed stuff, how often should I have that for him, or should it be in there all the time.
Finally the only book I know of is that Marine fishes book that tells about feeding etc, is there any other suggestions out there of book that may be more specific.
