Feeding Puffers

How do you know how long to feed a puffer for. I've heard they can eat upto 3x their weight in food because their stomachs have so many folds and can expand a lot??

You feed until their belly is nicely round, but not bulging and looking ready to split.

my SAP's are growing just nicely and when they eat they get a little pop belly. I think it's what they can eat within 3-5 minutes I think.
