well i didn't really think it would become serious but one of my panda cory's died today... and i think it might be due to starvation i didn't really notice if before but when he died i started to observe the tank carefully even when feeding. :( u see i use hikari sinking wafers to feed my cories them but my buenos aires tetra picks it up and simply wont let go... well ultimately i think finishing the whole wafer up :( do you guys have tips to prevent this ?

try feeding the main fish at one end and while they are busy try feeding the cories at the other.

Drop the sinking wafers at night, immediately after the lights are out. Corys don't need (or use for that matter) their eyes to find food. So Corys will find it, but Tetras won't. Unfortunately, if you happened to have a pleco of some kind, it will hogg the wafer, so Corys will still starve.

thanks ! :) now i know thats why at night the cory's go about the floor but when the lights are one they just sit there :) i see i see :) thanks thanks nope i dont have plecs, only ottos
