Are they the ones in your 20g in your sig? If so they will need to be moved to brackish water as they mature. Also and you have probably been told this b4 but the clowns and khuli also need bigger tanks and groups. If you know all this already then sorry.

Yes the cooked are ok, but if you can find raw even better.

Martha prefers her prawns cooked, but still in the shell. We defrost them sometimes in a jug of vitamin solution.
